How do you call forget-me-not flowers in your mother tongue? Does it have the same meaning as in English?

I met two sweet old ladies that presented me with this flower. They called this flower β€œesporinha”, which in Brazilian Portuguese means little spur. So, the name didn’t reference the β€œfoget-me-not” English version but the botanical structure itself.
